Special tags
Useless data
Data should be tagged as "Useless data" if the camera is placed in/around houses, or is knocked down/covered in the wild.
Blank
Data should be tagged as "Blank" if it contains no animal.
Unidentified species tags

Always contact us if you are not sure.
Bird spp.
For birds not identified in birds, they should all be tagged as "Bird spp.".
Pika spp.
All pika species should be labeled as "Pika spp."
Small rodents
Any other small rodents should be labeled as "Small rodent"
Fox spp.
If unsure whether it is a Tibetan fox or a red fox, label it as "Fox spp."
Bat spp.
All bat species should be labeled as "Bat spp."
